1. Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team sc@clearpani.com within 24 hrs of the product received by the customer.
2. Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong products & wrong sizes.
3. Replacement will be offered in case incorrect products are delivered.
4. Clearth will not charge for replacements if wrong products (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are received by the customer.
5. It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & product to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products in 24 hours. No claim will be entertained beyond the time limit.

RETURN INTIMATION

● You can Email Us at sc@clearpani.com within 2 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

1. Product, if any, should be in original condition and (Must not be used a lot - that will be supervised by Clearth
2. Box should be retained and returned - (Original packaging is required and it must not be tempered……..or not be stored in another package).
3. All products sold on Clearth are 100% genuine. We understand how much you value your every purchase. We are committed to making your shopping experience a delightful one.
